So many college sweatshirts, so little time. I still haven't managed to get my hands on a sydney uni one yet, but I've got a few weeks left (!!!!!). I feel like maybe I squandered some of my best sweatshirt-wearing years, but I guess the whole point is once you've got one, there's nothing stopping you breaking it out every weekend for the rest of your life. University, you're a keeper.

ps. let the record show that I actually think drumline is a really good movie. Anything with a musical number, a southern college setting and a hint of "boy on the wrong side of the tracks turns good with kind-hearted girl" and I'm there. And Zoe Saldana is the ultimate babe.

Loved this post! The college sweatshirt has always been a hidden love of mine. Too bad my school doesn't have a sweatshirt.
I don't know how it works elsewhere in the world, but in Washington state EVERYONE wears University sweatshirts. There is a lot of home state pride for the athletics here, specifically football. I found myself at the thrift a couple weeks ago hunting down vintage Uni crew necks. And while I didn't attend a University I actually found myself pulling out my high school letterman jacket again. Figure I am old enough now I can wear it again!
